Privacy Policy — Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar

Effective date: August 26, 2026

Homestead Bowl & The X-Bar ("Homestead Bowl," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at homesteadbowl.com, our online booking and lead forms, our rewards and loyalty program, and our SMS and email communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact information — your name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address.
• Booking and event information — details you share when you request a reservation, party, league spot, or event, such as date, group size, and occasion.
• Rewards and account information — information you provide when you join our rewards or loyalty program or create an account.
• Communications — messages you send us and your preferences for how we contact you.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and process reservations, parties, and event requests;
• Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and account or service notifications;
• Operate our rewards and loyalty program;
• Send you marketing and promotional messages about leagues, events, and offers when you have opted in to receive them;
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through one of our forms, we may send you text messages (SMS). The types of messages depend on the consent you give:

• Account and service messages — booking and reservation confirmations, reminders, responses to inquiries, and account notifications.
• Marketing messages — news, promotions, and information about leagues, events, and offers, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Homestead Bowl will not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service and hosting providers — We work with trusted third-party providers who host our website and help us operate our booking and lead forms, payments, and rewards program. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are obligated to protect it.
• Text messaging — Our SMS program is operated on our behalf by our messaging provider, BallerWorks. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used only to send the messages you have opted in to receive and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Legal and safety — We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Homestead Bowl, our customers, or others.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. We retain your information, including SMS opt-in records (such as the date, time, and source of your consent), for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

• Text messages — Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Email — Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out.
• Access and deletion — Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
